This recognition is an outcome of the Workplace Inclusion Index assessment which is the only study in the country that amplifies the voices of historically excluded communities including women, individuals with diverse gender identities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, persons with disabilities, veterans, individuals returning from career breaks, members of indigenous tribes, and other underrepresented minority groups in the nation. Eligible organizations were further assessed on consistency in employee feedback, inclusive practices, and the representation of historically excluded groups (HEG). Under this assessment, Great Place To Work® has recognized 25 select organizations that stand out for their exceptional commitment to crafting employee-centric practices and proactively responding to feedback, fostering a high-trust culture.
