
Problem statement
Sales representatives in our client’s organization are assigned day-to-day tasks such as product recommendation, negotiation with store managers, verifying product compliance, and more to enhance sales results. Gathering insights from each store visit and creating daily reports is a manual and time-consuming task that does not yield data-driven results. Furthermore, they need data-driven insights to answer critical questions such as which store to visit at what time, which product to sell, whom to have the right conversation with to negotiate better, and more. Often, these decisions are based on assumptions that are neither ideal nor create significant impact.
To tackle this challenge, MathCo helped the client enterprise build a conversational platform powered by MathCo’s proprietary chatbot, RepGPT, to assist representatives in gaining deeper insights, enabling better decision-making and reporting.
