We are pleased to announce the joining of Adarsh Dikshith to TheMathCompany!

Adarsh has an extensive experience of 18 years working with MNCs like JDA Software Inc., Allianz, Capgemini, Pricewaterhouse, and Ocwen Mortgage Bank. Some of his key achievements include establishing the finance organization for Asia Pacific region that grew from 100 employees to 3000 plus employees, with revenue quadrupling over 4 years, establishing global business intelligence and business analytics for a multi-billion dollar international software product company, establishing and running tight compliance program for the APAC region resulting into US$100 MM savings in tax and cash tax, and establishing business assurance and information risk advisory services for a Fortune 50 insurance company in India. Adarsh has a passion for working with people and inspiring teams to succeed.

Adarsh, given his vast experience in the field of finance, will be our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Adarsh will bring more stability to our existing corporate policies and processes, and shape strategies that will enable our company to achieve ambitious goals and grow rapidly. As a CFO, he believes that ultimate and lasting competitive differentiator for any organization is its people. This strong belief, combined with his experience across industries and geographies, will be instrumental in building TheMathCompany into a strong, people-first, and progressive organization.

Adarsh has a deep passion for data science and has led and seen the first-hand impact of analytics in driving the quality and velocity of business decisions. In his words, it is the people and passion of the MathCompany that attracted him to join us. Adarsh believes in the philosophy of ‘you may not know it all, but you can learn’. He claims he is a life-long learner, and his stint with TheMathCompany, with bright young minds, will put him back in a collegiate atmosphere – full of curiosity and possibilities. He is an avid reader covering divergent topics such as sports, nutrition and behavioural economics, and convergent topics such as Neuroscience and AI.
