To overcome these challenges, MathCo developed a GenAI-powered BI chatbot within its NucliOS AI for BI platform. Leveraging Azure OpenAI models like GPT-3.5 and GPT-4o, this conversational analytics platform allows users to query data conversationally, even with incomplete inputs, while retaining context as a true context-aware analytics chatbot. This significantly reduces dependence on data teams and enhances user experience. The enterprise-grade GenAI BI solution was successfully rolled out across multiple business domains and datasets, unlocking a wide range of KPIs and delivering accurate, real-time responses, enabling business users to make faster, informed decisions with ease.

Problem Statement
